If you find a bug in Zettar Virtual Appliance, then this is the forum to report it. We will get on it ASAP, and it will greatly help if you supply all relevant information:

Always supply the following:
- Please always tell us the virtualization platform that the virtual appliance runs under. Remember Zettar supports only VMWare Fusion, Microsoft VirtualPC 2007 SP1, Linux KVM, Xen, and VMWare Server 2.02 (on Linux for now, and we recommend Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and 10.10)
- Please let us know whether the zcloud is still running or not. You can use the htop utility in the Tools menu option for this observation
- Make sure to state the circumstances of the bug. Was it high load? What type of connection, HTTP?
- The configuration of the virtual appliance. Have you changed it from the default?

If the bug can be reproduced, then please re-create it to supply more information!
- Please reboot the virtual appliance using the menu. Does it help or not?
- Reproduce the bug, and attached the zcloud log downloaded via the ZManager
